Cats and dogs welcome (size restrictions apply). Up to 3 pets per stay. Pet fee must be added before arrival — unregistered pets will incur additional charges.

★PARKING
One vehicle per reservation. Parking is in a dedicated off-site lot directly behind the building. Please submit vehicle details before arrival so your car can be properly registered.

To comply with legal and property security rules, you may be asked to:
• Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID
• Confirm your contact info
• Complete our verification portal

• A mandatory Guest Protection Waiver. The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and covers up to $400 in accidental damages, giving you added peace of mind during your stay.

Our condo itself is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. If anything inside the unit is not up to standard, please let us know right away and we’ll resolve it quickly so your stay remains smooth and comfortable.

By booking, you acknowledge you are choosing to stay in a historic building, not a newly constructed property, and understand that normal age-related character in common areas does not qualify as a defect.
