We welcome pets (cats and dogs only), subject to size restrictions. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, and ensure the applicable pet cleaning fee is added to your reservation prior to booking.
If pets are brought without prior notice or not included in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

Secure Check-In & Guest Protection
All guests are required to complete their check-in through our secure guest portal, which includes identity verification and a mandatory, non-refundable Guest Protection Waiver. This requirement is part of building regulations and ensures compliance while providing added protection for guests throughout their stay.

The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and provides coverage of up to $400 for accidental damages, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.

For the easiest way to locate your condo, walk towards the pool area. Continue walking past the area of the building that opens up towards the pool, shortly after you will get to a gate leading into the building. Shown in the image above as well. Scan your key fob and take the elevator directly in front of you, to the 4th floor. Exit left out of the elevator and walk towards apartment 14099.
