Free parking is available. The complex has ample parking. All vehicles need to be registered before they can be parked anywhere on the property.

General Parking Rules of Enforcement:

● Do not Block Driveways, Dumpsters, or other vehicles
● Do not occupy multiple spaces
● Do not park in Handicap without a state approved placard/plate
● Do not park on landscape/grass/sidewalk
● Do not park in striped out areas/no parking zones
● No abandoned/inoperable/wrecked/junk, nuisance vehicle(s)

To enter the building, you will need to retrieve you key fob from your respective lockbox attached to garage G100. (Enter the building driveway from the side that the leasing office is on and garage Garage# G100 is the first garage that will be on your left hand side directly after the residents gate). YOUR LOCKBOX IS TC94.

For the easiest way to locate your condo, walk towards the pool area. Continue walking past the area of the building that opens up towards the pool, shortly after you will get to a gate leading into the building. Shown in the image above as well. Scan your key fob and take the elevator directly in front of you, to the 2nd floor. Exit left out of the elevator and walk towards apartment 12094.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to park in the resident parking area, we will need your "YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, COLOR & YOUR LICENSE PLATE NUMBER TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE." If this information is not provided, your vehicle will be towed from the parking.

Size, warmth and comfort. Not a massive fan of the pre stay website you have to go to and upload your ID and credit card for a $25 per night extra fee.

The location is convenient. The apartments are nice but seem like housing apartments loud noisy and smells like weed everywhere. The shower was stopped up our entire stay and never fixed. Upon arrival it was not cleaned or sheets changed from prior stay I had to wash everything. The kitchen was dirty including dishes. It was really gross. Although they tried to make it right it was too late at 10 pm we were exhausted already. There was hair everywhere.
